cut in front of the line to tell the manager off for allowing his/her dumbAss worker to screw up your order (which you didn't figure out til you drove all the way home). it never seems to happen when you get your order at the counter inside. its always at the drive thru. my bad for not checking the order in the drive but thats still no excuse for their foul up. how do you handle those situations?
