I pull myself out of it. I feel sad and cry then I get up take a bath. I get dressed. Eat Ice cream and suck it up! But that is the type of person I am. All people handle things differently. I just won't allow myself to get sad or depressed. I ignore it and go on with life. Life is too short to be sad.

Watch tv. Nick is a great channel. Or Cartoon Network. Or watch an old movie you love to repeat the lines of and can't not repeat the lines. Tv takes my mind off of everything that's bothering me. In time you won't even remember you were crying. You'll remember once in a while but not always. barely ever. Hope I helped.

Get some exercise. Go for a walk, read a book, call one of your silliest friends to make you laugh. Don't wallow in your sadness, it's just not healthy and there is no point to doing so. Smile!

Listen to music, write, or just think. In time I start to feel better. I rarely cry though.

you should take a nap,listen to your favorite music.you don`t do any exercise if not you will felt stress.drink some warm waterto cool you down.listen to your favorite jokes,and many other things you could do hope it really works.

when i'm sad i lock myself in my room so i can be alone. being alone helps me sometimes. i also listen to sad music and i like to think about what happened/is happening.

Make something out of clay and let it dry. Then you SMASH IT WITH A HAMMER!! MWAHAHHAHAHAHA!!! You wouldn't BELIEVE how much the stress dissapears!! I do it whenever I can.
