I dined in a restaurant tonight that bans the use of cellular phones while seated in the bar and dining room so that other patrons aren't disturbed by loud conversations. They ask those who must use their phone to step outside. Would you go along, or dine elsewhere?

everyone a thumbs-down? and it's really obvious that it was them, because the first 10 answers will have a thumbs-down, and then one answer doesn't have any thumbs...i find that odd. is this normal? do you do that? have you noticed that before?
