I'm talking about songs like 'Julie' by the Levellers, 'Driving with the Brakes On' by Del Amitri, 'History' by the Verve and 'The Luckiest' by Ben Folds Five. A beautiful tune with beautiful lyrics. I would be very interested in your opinion (and they don't have to be slow and acoustic to be beautiful now do they?)

First it looks like Robert Palmer's "Simply Irresistable" then it switches to a band resembling the Beastie Boys or Run DMC? I can't tell. Or is it a combo?

Then George Michael of course then it looks like Poison or G n R @ the end. The song & the year rocked.
