"Time After Time" by Cyndi Lauper, for personal reasons. It makes me think of my best friend whom I almost lost a while back. It has always been "our" song and has a lot of personal significance to me.
Also, 2 more songs come to mind:
1. "Fields of Gold" — the version sung by the now deceased Eva Cassidy (not the one by Sting). I don't know what it is about that song, but it just makes me cry whenever I hear it. I think it has something to do with the raw emotion in her voice. Very beautiful song.
2. "Angel" by Sarah McLachlan — just beautiful and always makes me very emotional.
Yes, I know, I'm a very sentimental guy... :-)

Tears in Heaven - Just knowing that Eric Clapton wrote that song for his little boy who died gets me all choked up.
Also, In the Arms of the Angels by Sarah McLachlan, and, don't laugh, He Stopped Loving Her Today by George Jones. I remember really listening to that song for the first time and having the epiphany, "OMG! He died! That's why he stopped loving her!"

Lone Star- "Amazed"...
I had a cousin and her husband whose "song" was this song- It was actually the song that was playing in the background when they first met and it became their "song". When he died in a car accident, she played it at the funeral as her "tribute" to him and now each and every time that I hear it, I bawl like a little baby... :-(
