Not because it looks awesome, but because the editor of the teaser trailer put in this hidden Mel Gibson picture in 1:46. To look fot it, go to 1:46 and click play and pause really fast and a lot.

Remake with Johnny Depp.
Everything is perfect,the casting seems appropriate
it looks like a great time.

Then comes the introduction to the Oompa Loompas and the whole movie takes a nosedive.Where is the frikkin Ooopa Loompa song?Now they are singing some kind of drivel and the whole thing looks
like it was choreaographed by the dancers on
the set of "In Living Color."

It's all so bloody wrong.Why would you take the greatest part of a movie(which in this case happens to be the OompaLoompa song) and replace it with some
C-grade bad dinner theatre music?

Also,it appears as they only used one Oompa Loompa actor's face for all of them and he looks like a wino troll
who escaped from a circus.There is no wisdom in the songs in a cautionary sense that a child will understand nor
do they even LOOK wise.They look more like miniature thugs instead.I was so dissapointed with this movie.

Give me your thoughts.

I'm just looking for some suggestions of good stores/websites where I can purchase DVD's fairly cheap! I have looked on Ebay but the used DVDs there are just as expensive as new ones from a shop. I don't want to pay £15-£20 for a DVD as there are several I could do with getting my hands on ... so I'm looking to get hold of them cheap - used - but don't want any copied discs! Any ideas folks?!

i saw this movie for the first time yesterday. i am a huge horror fan and thought this movie sucked @$$. it started out as a porno, finally got into the good stuff, and the dude somehow gets away and saves a chick, kills the hookers and pimp with the car, pays off the kids to kill the people in the car chasing him, slip unnoticed onto a train, and then finally kills the dude who lured him into the whole mess in the bathroom. i thought this movie was completly unrealistic near the end and it ruined it for me. why couldn't they have him killed? does the good guy always have to escape especially in such an unrealistic fashion? you can tell im dissapointed. the ide was good but ending blew! what do you think?

who is the little short (almost midget) looking woman that is kind of old but she used to be in a lot of movies? could anyone please tell me her name. there is this particular disney movie she played in where she was into magic and witchcraft and gave this girl some spells to get this guy to fall in love with her, it was made in the late 80's or early to mid 90's. if someone could help that would be greatly apprciated
