The Magnolia Soundtrack is great. I also really like the soundtracks to Romeo and Juliet, Garden State, and Moulin Rouge.

Well if you want to go off the beaten track you could give a listen to Captive.
The Edge from U2 did this(not U2 music though)Sinéad O'Connor sings the theme song,very interesting.
