who is the little short (almost midget) looking woman that is kind of old but she used to be in a lot of movies? could anyone please tell me her name. there is this particular disney movie she played in where she was into magic and witchcraft and gave this girl some spells to get this guy to fall in love with her, it was made in the late 80's or early to mid 90's. if someone could help that would be greatly apprciated

The woman's name is Zelda Rubinstein. She was Madame Serena in Teen Witch, which was made in 1989. I love the merry-go-round scene in that movie. She was also in Poltriegist and did the voice over for the scariest places on earth. According to IMDB she's now in her seventies but still making movies.

the girl went to a concert to get her teen idols jacket
then she had to spin around and say some spell
and it had some girl rapping some crap about top this top that
it was soooo funny
