Calling all 80's horror movie junkies! I have a HARD question for you!?

I have been trying to find out what the name of this movie that i seen when i was a kid. i know it had to do with people camping in the woods, and there was this skanky, scary killer picking them off one by one. i remember the heroine finally lures the killer into chasing her, which she leads him into a boobie trap that she made of stringing up fishing line with a gaggle of hooks hanging from it, between two trees. the killer gets caught in the hooks. i remember at the end of the movie, the killer is sitting in the dark, singing some kind of weird *** song to himself. this movie scared the **** out of me as a kid, and i was hoping that someone could help me find out what the name of it is!

Please help with name of a movie, I have searched movie sites to no avail . . .?

couple buys victorian home, divides up to rent. Owners upstairs. Rent to Oriental couple in back and a guy moves into remaining apartment without paying, convinces wife husband said he could and convinces husband wife said he could. Then the guy trashes the place completely and they can't get rid of him. He is a scary guy. Need name of movie and who was the guy asap, a bet is riding on it! Thanks!!!!

I need to find an old movie maybe in the late 80's.?

It's sort of a thriller/horror. A bunch of thugs in masks take over a teacher and a bunch of students in a rural setting. The beginning starts with shots of the school and playground, then to the inside showing dead animals inside mason jars and some kind of liquid.
