Remakes have been going on since the begining of time, but it seems like remakes are at a all time high. I love classic movies and if I like it a lot I might not be to keen on seeing a remake. I don't care to much for a remake but every now and then they might get me with one. So what's your best and worst remake. My fav has to be Peter Jackson Kong he did a good job and paid homage to the original, I also enjoyed Speilbergs War of the Worlds. I thought Stepford Wives was a horrible rendition of the original, I love Spencer Tracy and Katherine Hepburn in Guess Who's Coming to Dinner so thumbs down to Guess Who and the only thing I have to say about Poisiden is why? I thought it was funny when James Carpenter remade his own movie The Fog (well who better to do it). And what about the remakes that have been made 1000 times (Pride & Prejudice). And don't forget the remakes with the unnecessary sequel (Father of The Bride II). Oh wait the original had a sequel, well you get my drift.
