a girl who is attractive but has a really mean, selfish and materialistic attitude?

Example: A girl that is a little overweight but very pretty and who is sweet and out going, or a girl that is not very popular because she is not "Cool" in a sense that she doesn't follow the crowd but she is really good to people and likes everyone VS a girl that is popular, snobby, doesn't like to help anyone but herself, flirty, etc.

I am just curious?

We hear it all the time on satellite on seventies, or whatever it is. Some say it is a guy, I think it might be a woman. But anyway, I need to know.
