I think the best is either 'Frasier' or Alan Partridge, and the worst is probably 'The Green Green Grass', though 'Joey' was pretty bad too.

you are confuse. then the man regain consciousness..you ask his name, his name is larry. you both don't know how you get inside the submarine. you both decided to explore the subs. as you exploring, you found out the subs is made by russian. you walk further ahead, and found a nuclear bomb. The timer already set and only 2 minutes left to explode. Larry said to you.."don't worry, i am nuclear bomb specialist"..you felt relieve. As he went to check the bomb..he said " uh oh " u asked him what's going on?..he response " i don't understand russians "..
