water park - There's only so many Coasters you can take before you get bored.. and the lines... water parks are always a fun time and if all else fails you hop into the pool. I love swimming =].
I was excited that we both liked them untill I saw that everyone else does too... lol

Ideally, I prefer a park that has both coaster rides and water rides. The best do combine both facets.
That said, on a hot day I would prefer a water park so I could stay cool.
If I was merely looking for some fun I might choose the coaster park.
Thank goodness, Six Flags Great America ( the nearest amusement park to me) has both great coaster rides and great water rides.

This is a very girly answer but I love roller coasters so much more because you're not wet and uncomfortable all day. It's way more of a rush for me to ride a coaster then to slide down a wet slide.

Coaster Park...For the Thrill of the ride....I like the excitement that goes along with the ride...The water rides are great when it's hot...that's about it tho...Unless it's a natural water ride like white water rafting...then I might do a change up....:)

Roller Coaster Park, definitely. I love the rush & excitement of a really good twisting, turning, take you upside down roller coaster! :-)

Water park, because I don't feel sick on water slides (well, not AS sick as I do on coasters). I'm a wimp I guess.
