Is it just me or does anybody see something seriously wrong with downloading music and movies off the internet. I am talking about the legal way in which you buy it, like VOD for example. I guess this more applies to movies and less music. The problem is you don't even own. Like VOD, you pay for it so you can watch it, but you can't download it. You can't save it, it's not yours. Basically, you're paying to rent it. iTunes is another thing. You pay for it, but still you don't own it. Extremely difficult to put it onto a CD to play in your CD player. That is why I personally will always choose to buy these things in the store over downloading them. When I pay for a movie for example, like a DVD, I own that movie, as I should. The VOD thing makes no sense at all. Why a person would pay for that is beyond me. What is wrong with that picture?
