This animated cartoon used to be shown on CBBC about 10 years ago or so. It had a group of kids in it who went on adventures in a dream land every episode. One of the main characters was a dog who talked. I can't remember much more than that, except one of the kids was a boy with blonde hair and he wore a cape type thing along with his pyjamas. The crucial thing about this cartoon was that it was set in a dream. Cheers.

it is a soft song, played on an acoustic guitar but it has sort of a fast rhythm...i can't remember the lyrics sorry....the chorus is something like "and i say .......never ....." i know it's not a lot...thanks for any help! ah! it's a recent song maybe 90's or 2000's
