When you watch tv dramas/comedies there are credits at the beginning. They show clips of the leading actors and run their names on the screen. Then, the last actors' name is shown in a different format. e.x. "...and Martin Sheen as President Bartlet."

Why do they use this particular format and where does it come from?

Have you seen the movie "Running Scared"?

What should i do for my sweet sixteen?

alright so i need a local venue that can hold about 200 people. i also need a place that will allow a band to play at. I need it to be opened until about 12am or 1am. also my budget isnt too big. I also need to find a band that i could hire but i dont know how to get ahold of a band. ANY help is appreciated. I live in Denver Colorado so i need somewhere in CO.
