Is Fleetwood Mac's "Dreams" a druggy song?

I don't know, but to me the lyrics is about illusive stuff, and not making much sense...according to Stevie Nicks it's about her relationship with Lindsay, but that doesn't change my view a bit...just wonder if the song was written when she was high on drugs...
