which celebs are on manhattan today ?

in the last week i have seen Will Smith and helena christianson, purely by accident, wandering around manhattan (me wandering not them) and my friend saw Mike Myers and Ricky Gervais by accident aswell .. so is there anyway i can predict or bump into people more than by chance ? what resource do the paparazzi or star gazers use ?
