Haley Joel Osment is not much of a child (he's 18) but I guess you could say he's still technically a teenager; and he is excellent, he is having some legal problems now though (drunk driving). Actually I don't like Dakota Fanning all that much I don't think she's that great of an actress. I think Miley Cyrus and Emily Osment are pretty talented. I think the entire Harry Potter cast is full of amazing actors/ actresses; but all of them are teens and some are even young Adults (running between the ages of 15- 22)

Dakota Fanning because she work with the most A-list celebrities. She had her own against Tom Cruise in War of the Worlds. She cute and sweet, really down to Earth. She acts her age and not trying to be a sex symbol or brat like the other childhood actors. Just give her a couple of years and Hollywood will be at her feet.
