My only source of income is from renting my house. The yearly rent is less than 1,10000. Do i need to file a return and show 0 tax or I need not file tax.?

Salaried persone with annual income of Rs.3.40 lacs. Interest paid on Housing Loan - Rs.0.20 lacs. No income from house property since it is still incomplete and the area is not yet fully developed/congenial. I am submitting my I.T. Return on ITR-2. Since I am filing it on my own, Am I supposed to fill only two pages since other 4 pages are required to be filled only by TRPs. Please guide me immediately?

Ours is a private limited company primarily into Advertising business and have advanced unsecured loan to a firm to the tune of Rs. 10,00,000/-
This loan has turned bad and no chances of recovery.
What is the accounting treatment to write-off this bad loan?
Is this expense of Rs. 10 lakh deductible expense from Income tax point of view.

Provision for bad debts has been created at 50% of the outstanding debtors by debiting the Bad Debt A/c ( expense) and crediting Provsion for bad debt a/c. (liablilty) during 2006-07.
Is the above expense of Bad-debt allowable as a deduction from Business Income , while computing Income for Income tax purposes.

Can I provide for 50% of Debtors as " Provision for Bad Debts " by debiting the profit and loss account in a particular year.
Will such a Bad-Debt expense be allowed for purpose of Computation of Income for Income Tax Returns.

i want to avoid custom charges and seller saying that he will export to my home address thru USPS courier service and no custom charges will be applicable . How do i beleive him ? He is saying that the pordct will be shipped as a gift and a low value product . will this work ? Whats the guarantee that custom charges will be discounted in this way ?
