I have an OBGYN appointment on Weds but I'm looking for some info before hand. I'm a little nervous. I have other STD's due to a good for nothing cheating boyfriend and I fear this is another one.

It is good that you are going to your obstetrician/gynaecologist as it sounds bad.

One thing though -- (I am pedantic about the correct use of words) -- do you mean IN your vagina (sex canal, menstrual canal/birth canal)
OR
ON your genitals.

Umm... sounds like smegma.
Here's a description from www.goaskalice.com ( link to exact page below):
"What you describe, however, sounds similar to the substance noticed by men with uncircumcised penises found under the foreskin: smegma. Smegma is a natural lubricating residue made up of shedded skin cells, skin oil secretions, and moisture, including sweat. Its cheesy like appearance can vary in color from almost white to a darker shade, depending on a person's skin tone. Smegma gathers in the nooks and crannies of the body's skin folds, including between the labia and around the clitoral hood. Because of male circumcision, it is more common among women than men."

I would wash really well until before you go the the gyno. I know it sounds SUPER nasty to have it be there when you see him/her, but if they need to run lab tests on it... its better that its available.

Hope this helps. Good Luck, and hopefully, good health!

You can stand under my umbrella, and keep the vagina mold from growing due to exposure to water.
