Chef Bourdain would be welcome and think he had landed off on one of his strange places as most likely I would make him a meal from my homeland; This would be the menu for him;

Single malted scotch whisky
Shetland Reesit Mutton Broth
Norway & Squat lobsters with mussels & scallops in the shell
Bawd Bree (hare stew)
Cranachan (soft fruit, cream & oatmeal)

I think I would have to be careful because he might come back.

Have a Happy New Year.

Unannounced? He'd be eating whatever we were eating. From tacos to veal piccata. Tonight's menu is hoppin' john. With a little advance notice, I'd make some of my mom's and grandma's old school dishes.

Food wise it would depend on what was in the fridge but I think I could get away with just serving booze, we always have plenty of Wild Turkey101 on hand!................. I recorded some of that marathon today............
