3 weeks ago, I had a very very stuffy nose. I also kept on coughing up phlegm. My doctor presribed me with antibiotics and my condition became better.

Now, I can normally breathe and I don't cough up phlegm anymore nor my breathing is affected but I can still feel something in my left nostril. When I close my right nostril to breathe, I can feel there's something blocking it. Could this still be a cold?

experienced the same thing with my little one when he was 1month old... did all the possible things to alleviate his stuffy nose--used nasal drops, humidifier, also tried elevating him but nothing seemed to help.. turns out, having a stuffy nose is normal in babies especially newborns..your baby probably even breathes noisily sometimes right?it is perfectly normal. Newborns breath through the nose and are not yet used to breathing using their mouths. the only thing you can do is to be religious in cleaning his nostrils with cotton buds/q tips every so often..2 times a day or whenever u see stuff in his nose(i use a dim flashlight to look into his nose)..our dr taught us to insert a q tip and sweep the stuff out of his nose in a circular motion(roll the qtip out of his nose). for those stubborn dried mucus,I wet a qtip with nasal drops and do the same thing then after a few a seconds remove the mucus with another dry q tip..I usually do this when he's asleep.. especially easy when he is held on my lap.. just always be gentle.. you don't need to worry about anything,,he doesn't need any meds either, things usually get better with time trust me:)

Probably remaining fragment of the phlegm. I like to use a product called Musinex that thins out the mucus and gets rid of the congestion. Sometimes these things take a while to clear completely. Also the cold weather and dry heat cause our nasal passages to dry, so breathing steam is good.

yeah, it can hang around in your sinuses for a long time after the virus is gone from your system. you may have had a sinus infection... maybe you could buy some nasal spray to clear out any remaining mucus. the dry winter air can cause congestion as well...

It's probably still a cold.
I have a cold too. I've been using Sudacare Shower Soothers and Puffs with Vicks tissues. Those really relieve the symptoms quite well.

your nose is just stuff up with boogers... just blow your nose but when you do it, put your finger on your right nostrill to keep it closed while blowing, thus, what ever was in the left nostrill should come shooting out... but be carefull,... sometimes there be alot of stuff comming out of your nose so keep a tissue close... or use one while doing that...
