Your best bet is to see your doctor. Most STD's for women are only detected if they are tested for. Most women don't have any symptoms. If you don't have a doctor go to Planned Parenthood

well usually you go to the doctors. If i had ever thought i has a std i would look up my symptoms on yahoo and then go to the doc. But u should get regular check-ups. And start using jimmys if you aren't that increases the risks of contracting an std.
