Your pacemaker should be embedded into a pocket under the skin of your chestwall and sutured into place. It should not be slidding from one side of your chest to the other because this could lead to the wires being pulled loose from either your heart or the pacemaker. Please see your cardiologist ASAP.

A pace maker is attached to the heart, it doesn't move. It may seem to do so depending on what side of your body you are lying on. But, I assure you, if it's moving, it's not doing any good, cause the heart isn't traveling around.

the pacemaker should not move at all, if it is, you need to see a doctor asap because that would indicate that it is no longer attached to your heart and therefore not doing the job it is intended to do.

it's just set under your skin -it's not nailed down. call your cardiologist with any further questions.
