HI Mick

Here is a testimonial on how to heal the issue.

2/4/2007: Joe from Somerville, NJ writes, "I've used hydrogen peroxide, 3% pharmacy grade cut 50% with water, to rinse my mouth before brushing, which has been a great help with eliminating bad breath and plaque. But here's a remedy that no one may have thought - a treatment for "tinea cruris" commonly known as jock itch. I had an issue with this for several months and during this period, several times a week, I used Curex and other over-the-counter options to eliminate it, spending $20.00 to $30.00 to no avail. I knew hydrogen peroxide was effective in killing bacteria, so, as a last resort, I cut the pharamcy 3% grade 50%, just like the mouth wash, and used it-in 2 days!!! the itch and soreness was gone! No joke. Total cost 20 cents!"

Milk and orange juice or any acid type juices can cause bad breath for some people.
Brush teeth often, floss and make sure to brush tongue and cheeks.
There are prescription medication you can also get from your doctor and in the tooth paste isle of the pharmacy there is good over the counter medication you can buy. There is a condition called Halitosis that cause bad breath.

Continue brushing and flossing. Also, use Listerine or some other mouthwash. Try eating a mint or Tic-Tac every once in a while during the day to keep your breath smelling fresh! If all else fails, go see your dentist - you may have developed a cavity somehow.

Sounds like it's maybe coming from your stomach - digestion problems maybe? See a doctor to put your mind at rest as if you're brushing your teeth etc and generally taking care of your oral health, you shouldn't have bad breath. Sounds like there could be more to it.

To a certain extent this could be because of your eating habits too,if you aren't eating on time ,or if you stomach is empty for a long time then it releases some acids that could smell bad,you could first eat healthy and on time, and use a mouth wash as regularly as possible.Try it out.

Gargle a cup of lukewarm water mixed with salt or half a lemon juice. This is best done before going to bed. Chew parsley leaves, which are sure to keep your breath fresh. More useful remedies at http://useinfo5.blogspot.com/

Chew on a mint leaf. Too much oral care can cause your breath to get worst so beware. Its probably not as bad as you think

I think that you should see your doctor because it might not be your breath- it could be your nose. We once had an old maid and she thought she had bad breath when really it was coming from her nose...I'm not entirely sure how that happened, but just check with your doctor.
