Decorate your table in the colors of the Greek flag - blue and white. Either purchase table linens that have blue and white stripes, or top a bright white cloth with an azure runner.

Purchase clear votive candle holders and paint them with metallic gold stripes around the base. Fill with white candles and create a circle of them in the center of your table

Place a low vase of white roses in the center of the votive circle.
Create a placecard for each guest by writing their names with gold glitter glue on clean, white clam shells.

Roll white linen napkins into a tight cigar shape and place inside a gold colored napkin ring.

Play traditional Greek music in the background. Here is a website: http://www.greekshops.com/Greek_Music/Greek_Traditional_Music.html?sdi=113

For food, try these:
olives
feta cheese chunks
hummus dip
Greek Eggplant Dip
pita bread wedges
stuffed grape leaves
1 tomato cut into wedges
8-10 small new potatoes (boiled, steamed, or zapped in the microwave)
1-2 quartered hard-boiled eggs
a sliced cucumber
1 can of sardines or anchovies (drained) (or Greek sardines with oregano, if you can find them)
Place on a large plate or platter, arranging them so the colors are mixed

Have a good party!

Some of the best foods for a party are Greek. Greek salad a must, spinache pie, baklava, and the Greek form of baked ziti (can't remember what they call it).

Blue and white, lots of candles, olive branch head pieces,
Greek flags!

Enjoy

Greek flags hung everywhere are good. Go to a travel agent and get posters of Greece.

Decorate tables w/ breadsticks in glasses. They can be eaten and look good. Put grapes around the base, and some greenery.

For food:
Stuffed grape leaves
stuffed cabbage
roast lamb
spanokopita (spinach tarts)
