Rice Cakes aren't the tastiest thing to most people, but there are various flavors, they're good startches, and very low calorie typically. UNsalted, UNroasted plain nuts (peanuts or otherwise) are pretty good as well. The salted, honeyed or roasted ones can be insanely unhealthy. Light vegetable soups. I'm not sure how much on the go you are, but if you're at home, the endless varieties of soup can be very healthy. Be careful, though. There are many canned soups out there that have way too much sodium. Some yogurts are fairly low in calorie. Just watch out for those with 'fruit' in them. They are very high in sugar most of the time. A simple slice of low calorie bread with a very thin layer of peanut butter is great for both protein and starches. Like the first person said, pretzels, but watch out for those crazily salted ones. Some crackers are also excellent, but likewise, often high in sodium. Carrot sticks or other simple veggies. You could even dunk them in a bit of light dressing. Hope that helps!

Not all yougarts have gelatin in them, I use a all natural balkan style, unflavoured, and most all natural one do not have any gelatin, the one's labelled set style have some in to keep the fruit and yougart from separating, Fruit Bottom by Beatrice is a plain yougart with a fruit like jam in the bottom you stir it to mix the 2 portions.
If in doubt try any health food or natural store, but supermarkets do have them, just read the label and thing with fruit in might have it so watch the ingredients list.

FAGE (pronounced FA YEAH) is a great brand of gelatine free yogurt, and comes in everything from 0 fat to full fat. It is great on its own, mixed with fruit or agave nectar, and also makes a great base for dips, dressings, and mayo. You should be able to get it at most health food or whole food stores-ask them to order it for you if they don't carry it. Making homemade yogurt is really easy too. I make 6 quarts a week with fresh, raw, organic milk. I like knowing what goes into my foods, so I prefer to make them all homemade. Google it for recipes. Good luck.

The Silk yogurts are super amazing, made from soy, making it extra healthy. And guarenteed to have no gelatin.
