im talking about on like your hand or skin somewhere.
also on like plastic things, ie electronic devices.
I've read they cant live for long, does anyone know a more accurate answer?
mainly i wanna know how long they can survive outside the body, and on skin

Depends on which germs you're referring to. HIV cannot survive outside the body for very long. not more than a tiny few minutes at most. But Hepatitis B can survive on an open surface for up to a week. bacteria can survive a while depending on conditions as well.

So really, you have to look at each disease individually, then read about its causative organism.
