Get to your doctor immediately and get checked out for those conditions. My doctor has been wonderful about keeping me up to date on changing medical discoveries over the past 20 years I've been his patient. There are drugs to lower blood pressure and to lower cholestrol; as well as diet adjustments.

Don't eat alot of red meat, watch your salt intake...diet and exercise...good luck
