I can't began to even explain how important it is. It's a time for your whole body to shut down and relax. Imagine your body like a battery that has been used all day. When you rest, your body recharges itself.

extremly important
sleeping right helps the body
if you don't sleep right you can decrease your basal metabolism (be more likely to get fat)
not think right and get wrinkles
so sleep so that way your skin is youthful and nice
