How to keep the heartbeat little highter? is heart beat 55 is too low?

Yes it is a bit on lower side unless you are an athlete, in order to keep your heart healthy, do regular exercise, and healthy diet. avoid fats. Walking is the best.

55 is a little low, but I would not be too worried about it depending on how long it has been low. It depends a lot on how much physical activity you are getting too. If you are pretty much sedentary during the day, your heart rate will be lower. Have you have any cardiac problems in the pastAre you on any prescription medication? If so, I would look at the side effects (slow heart rate can also be called "bradycardia.") If this problem continues to concern you, I would talk to your doctor. Normal heart rate is usually around 60-90 beats per minute, so you are not too far off :)

Yes,but my is 56 and it has been for years since my heart attack.Why you worry about the heart rate?i advice you to do more meaningful things or what you want.Why worry about thing that is already fixed.55 beat .then 55 law.It will be more risk to inceased your heart rate.Give your heart as it is.Do regular exercise and watch your foods intake.Less oil,less salt,less sugar,high fibric and low cholesterol food.

heartrate you mean? and it is much better to have a low heartrate than a high one (unless its 0 lol) but yours is healthy, you just have a really healthy heart. i think mine is 65ish
