I love homemade Indian food. I have several friends that are Indian, and the food they make at home is much better than the restaurants!!
I also love Thai food. My father had a friend from Thailand and he made us several meals that were to die for!! This happened when I was a child and was the first I had ever experienced true ethnic cooking. I'm lucky to have found a local Thai place that makes very good food.
On a daily basis my husband and I eat more pastas and chicken, but we love to do stir-fry and eat Chinese when we can. It must be the Asian thing, we can't get enough of it!!

I can tell you from my travels... that Italian is well liked just about everywhere... its very appealing, most of it is easy to prepare, and the requisite ingredients are widely available.
But that is just a type of cuisine. The most widely consumed spice is the Chile Pepper; and the most popular flavorings in the world are Chocolate & Vanilla.
Guess where Chile, Chocolate & Vanilla all originate? Mexico... so I guess the world likes Mexican foods!
In reality, Mexican cuisine is still not as widespread around the world as Chinese, Italian or French... in fact even in the U.S. its hard to find real Mexican cuisine... so its not quite the world's favorite cuisine but I hope some day people will have the pleasure of having the real thing.

Curry and Rice. Most of the world eat Curry. And Curry is the most favourite food in London England too.

can't speak for the rest of the world, but I like many types of food. it's what makes life interesting, and I feel sorry for those who won't try new foods. my most favorite is probably Middle Eastern cuisine -- anything with tomatoes, olive oil, cheese, yogurt, veggies, minimal meat -- varied, tasty and wholesome.

My favourite type of food is thai food, its really spicy and i love spicy food, mainly i like anything that has chicken in it!!!!
