what would do you do if you found out you had an STD?... How would you tell the person you love more then any thing else?... How would you tell any one?... what would you do?... if you have any answers please help me on what i should do...

I'd find the rat that gave me the disease and shoot him. Not really, but he'd get a new one ripped. And if he happened to be the person "I love more then any thing else".. I'd leave him.
on the other hand, if I messed around and got a std as a result, doing what I should never have been doing, then I'd go to my significant other, confess, and move on.

You can't sugar coat this, so...
You sit them down and you tell them you went to the doctor because you felt that something wasn't right and you were diagnosed with whatever it is. Tell the other person to get checked out.
Don't take blame, you got it from someone else, maybe this person, so if they freak out don't let them blame it on you. After all, neither one of you used protection during sex so it is BOTH your faults!
Hopefully this will teach you a lesson not to have unprotected sex again in the future.
And I hope it is something that can be cured...

I would be like, honey. you love me no matter what right? well what if i may have an std and i kinda gave it to you? if they love you they should rspond, oh well its already happened lets move on in life.
