I'm having a dinner party with friends. Thankfully, this time I'm not cooking (I did a great deal of that over Christmas!). I believe that we are having roast beef.
But if you need any suggestions, check out this menu:

I'm so glad you asked. With any luck at all, absulutely nothing except breakfast.
I did the cooking, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day & Boxing Day. I have been sleeping a lot for the past two days in recovery.
I am invited out for New Year's Eve and again on New Year's Day.
For me? Everything will be perfect.

My hubby does most of the cooking (he's a chef) but he'll make something easy like curry so he is not tied to the stove all night.

Corned beef, cabbage and red potatoes, of course! And it's good luck to eat creamed herring on New Year's Day!

BLACK EYE PEAS!! EVERY YEAR!! Even I was my lowest of the lowest! Any & every living thing that steps in my house eats 1 or WAY more. Even those on a "special" diet.
