What is the most amazing thing God has done in your life so far?

For me, it was being born. I am the result of a rape and doctors and social services begged my mum to abort me. But she refused - because I was her child. And as a Christian, abortion wasn't an option.I have had many trials and hard times but you know what? Even in the last few years, God has changed me so much! He's taken away my insecurities, my fears - he's changing me into the woman He wants me to be! I could well have never been born but God used something so disgusting to be made into something wonderful!

I was born with bi-latteral club feet and doctors said I would never walk normally. I would have to wear braces on my legs my whole life. When I was 5 we were in church and the preacher was preaching about healing. I asked my mom to take me to get prayed for, a few days later I felt my feet bend. It felt like a pair of hands grabbed them and straightened them out. I was alone in a room watching television. That is still my most vivid memory as a child. When we went back to the doctor he said that my feet were normal and I would no longer need braces on my legs. I played sports when I was younger and work construction now. Every step I take is a testimony to how good God is. Praise his name.

We serve an awesome God!!!

You are truly a gift from God.

Psalm 127:3
3 Behold, children are a heritage from the LORD,
The fruit of the womb is a reward.

The Lord will definietely reward your mother for this decision in this life and in eternal life.
All Glory to God the Almighty.

Numbers 6:24-26
24 “The LORD bless you and keep you;
25 The LORD make His face shine upon you,
And be gracious to you;
26 The LORD lift up His countenance upon you,
And give you peace.”’

That's a great testimony. I couldn't say what was the "most" amazing thing that God has done in my life. All I can say is that 6 years ago I was a godless, homeless, wreck in a rehab program for Veterans but God called me into his family and now I am a sober servant of the Most High who serves in several ministries including going to the county jail and teaching men how to live their lives God's way and escape from the snares of the Devil. A week ago God even used me to usher one young man whom He had put under conviction by his Spirit into the Kingdom of Christ, hallelujah!

I am glad your mother was so strong. God has a plan for all of us but most do not accept it. may he bless you and your family for ever.
my story is to long I was in a car crash at 10 I was not expected to survive. at 40 I became involved with a mulim man and am now married to an exmuslim but I know God has a plan for my life. I have 3 children age's 19 23 and 14 and now a step daughter age 2 I am off to Pakistan in a week although my husband is now very worried about it perhaps you could pray for us in the coming weeks.

Your mother must be so brave. For me, I don't know. It's not just one thing, see I have a very functional, civilised family, never had a close person die, never had a close person get ill, never been ill myself, I've found the guy I want to spend the rest of my life with, and everything is working out just fine. I guess God has never given me any worries in life and I'm grateful. No doubt he will of course, but I'm preparing myself and taking advantage of what I've got at the moment.

You sound like an amazing woman.

God bless you always. x

Edit
Oh sorry I forgot to answer you, there are so many things that have happened to me that I have to thank God for.
Maybe the one thing I should mention is the gift of my husband. I was an abused child and just at the end of my tether, almost my demise, my husband came into my life. I now know what love means in all of its many forms and every day I thank God and Jesus for the gift of him in my life.

In Genesis (I think chapter 50) Joseph is telling his brother, who had sold him into slavery; "what they meant for evil, God meant for good."

Gen 50:19-20

19 But Joseph replied, "Don't be afraid of me. Am I God, that I can punish you? 20 You intended to harm me, but God intended it all for good. NLT

God can take every bad situation and make it good. Period.

Your mom was awesome for going her ordeal and leaning on the Lord.

Num 6:24-26
4 "The Lord bless you and keep you;
25 The Lord make His face shine upon you,
And be gracious to you;
26 The Lord lift up His countenance upon you,
And give you peace."' NKJV
