HOW DO I KNOW IF I HAVE FLU? A lot of people confuse flu with a heavy cold. But flu has symptoms that you don't get with a cold: a high fever ; a 'shivery' feeling ;a headache ; aching limbs ; NO ENERGY. .

The reason for the poor energy, is because the body's immune system is busy fighting the bugs. The other reason is that while sick with the flu, one as poor appetite. So with poor eating habits, comes poor energy metabolism. You feel sapped or drained. or tired.
