We are the vehicles, the forms through which creation is "ex-pressed." In that way, yes, we are the eyes, ears, nose, mouth, and hands of Creator, the Source. When i look through "my" eyes (if i am awake as an observer risen above my ego self) i am "God" seeing and experiencing the Maya/Lila of the world. This is true of all the senses. It is quite a grand role to play, to be a partner to the One. I am Sirius

God sees all. 2Ch 16:9 For the eyes of the LORD run to and fro throughout the whole earth, to show Himself strong on behalf of [those] whose heart [is] loyal to Him. In this you have done foolishly; therefore from now on you shall have wars."

God does not need us to be His eyes or His ears. He sees all things. He hears all things.
But, we are His hands and feet. We accomplish His works by our effort. We (believers) speak for Him and accomplish his Will when we are accepting of that responsibility.
I stand and speak for Him by my participation with you - here and now. What/Who are these other people speaking for?
We can barely see what is going on around us and I certainly cannot hear your heart. This is all God's thing!

No.
That is like saying that before Adam was created, that God could not see what was happening... How can a God who created all living things, need us humans as his vision?

I think He sees through our eyes but also all things, even into people's hearts and all places in the universe, places that no man's eyes have seen.

I think that God is omnipotent, and has little need for our eyes to watch the world.
