Should I call the SPCA?

My neighbors have pets. 1 cat and 3 dogs.My granpa said that was against the law because the most you can have is 2. They bit my dog and me and we took m eto the doctor and the dog to the vet. The vet had said he need a rabies shot and the said that he wpuld need to get his vaccinations ASAP because of their dogs. The doctor said I needed to get my vaccinations earlier than everyone because of their dogs. 1 looks like it's eyeball is shrinking. 1 looks like he has mange and a VERY bad case of fleas. The cat looks fine but about every 3 1/2 hrs. it comes over and eats my 2 dogs' food. I have cat food for my cat we're getting on Sunday. Do you think
I should feed her some food. I think I should and when I took the garbage out with my AFFEN the chiuauah came and bit him and he had to go to the vet. Sadly, he was dignaosed with rabies but he had just got it and they got out of him. He's alive,though. THeir dogs were in MY fence and when I was taking out the trash my dog was on a leash.

Well, they said he could get rabies so they did something adn like jhad to give him a medicine. THey had 2 but they wouldn't let one in and it got hit by a car!

Actually, I can afford to pay for the cat's food. I'm RICH!

If what you are saying about the condition of the animals is correct then you should report it.That is animal abuse.
The rest of what you are saying doesn't make too much sense,though.

Maybe you can hire someone to show you how to use spell check,form a proper sentence and express a question that makes sense.Oh,yes and how to do a fact check,rabies is not curable.

If your dog was diagnosed with rabies, there is NO way it will come back out of them. And just what kind of vaccinations do you need? IF you need a rabie vaccines that means you would have had to have been exposed to a animal that had rabies, then it would be a series of shots. An animal with rabies or suspected case of rabies is held for observation and then put down and sent to the state lab for tests. Your story does not sound right......

If you see an animal being abused and neglected, yes please report it. But your story doesn't make a whole lot of sense. If you and your dog had to be treated for being bitten by a neighbors dog, then both the vet and your doctor are bound by law to report it. You cannot get rabies out of a dog if they have been infected. Maybe you should let the proper authorities deal with your neighbors animals and you should study.

Yes u should call the SPCA or RSPCA.. Its important that their animals is on your land and bite you and the dog- U have full right to do something about it. With the Cat issue i would be doing the same thing as being nice to it and give it some foods but at the same time u cannot afford to do it all the time!

If dogs are being abused/neglected, report it.
