clean out your ears....take a warm shower and it should loosen up enough to come out with Q-tips....
if that doesn't work, talk to your parents about taking you to the doctor, they may have to get the wax out for you.

go to walgreens and get a little green bottle called ear wax remover and put 3 drops of that into your ear and let sit for like 10 minutes and it pushes the wax right out of your ear. then take a warm shower and wet your head and that will loosen it some more then it will be easy enough for you to remove on your own. but if it is painful then you know that you have an infection and not just buildup, then you go see a doctor.

I was told to put olive oil into my ears and cover it with a cotton ball. Apparently, from what the doctor at CVS said, it eats the wax within minutes. Try that for about 5 minutes for a day or so and see if it helps!

It is more likely an ear infection. Either swimmers ear (outer ear infection) or Inner ear infection (fluid inside of the ear).
Sinus medication will help dry it up.
It probably isn't wax, but could be I suppose. Heat on your ear will help. Blow it with a warm hair dryer or Put a heating pad on it.

a cue tip is only going to push the wax buildup in further and is not recommeneded.. they have a saline ear wash, and if the buildup of wax is old .. it has turned black and has formed what is called an ear dam.. a doctor will take a little hook and tug and pull that bugger out .. word of warning it HURTS like heck.. they pulled one out of my ear a few months back
