The crash cart used in a Code Blue situation contains all the relevant meds, IV infusion sets; ambu bag, oxygen masks, intubation sets, as well as the defibillator. A code blue is usually called when an inpatient 9 hospitalized patient) has trouble or stop breathing; becomes unresponsive; has poor vital signs,;i.e.slowing of heart rate and declining blood pressure. Generally, the symptoms of the patient going into a cardiogenic shock. which is very, very fatal.
The defibillator is an electrical device used in the treatment of life-threatening disturbances of the rhythm of the heart beat which may occur as the result of a heart attack or a variety of serious injuries or illnesses. Its effect is to ‘reset’ the electrical activity of the heart in the hope that the natural pacemaker cells ( S-A node located in the right auricle- chamber of the heart) can then regain control of the rhythm.
Defibrillation using direct current, in the form of an unsynchronized countershock, is usually the only way to halt ventricular fibrillation. The defibrillator is also used in the abnormal and deadly rhythmn called Ventricular tachycardia. The countershock from the defibrillator produces a sustained simultaneous excitation (and hence contraction) of all cardiac muscle fibres, which can terminate ventricular fibrillation and other abnormal rhythms. The countershock is administered by pressing a button on each of two defibrillator ‘paddles’ placed on the chest wall. Firm pressure is applied to these paddles to ensure good electrical contact with the skin.
This also forces air out of the lungs to bring the chest wall in closer contact with the heart. While the shock is discharged, the patient often ‘jumps’ because motor nerves and skeletal muscles are simultaneously, unavoidably stimulated.

You can download ccleaner for free here: http://bit.ly/1Bk5V5C
First open CCleaner
Go to the Cleaner tab and you will be confronted by a very confusing lineup of checkboxes.
To make this brief, below is my recommended setup:
Under internet explorer check temporary internet files, cookies, and last download location. Most users don't really need this stuff. keep history and bookmarks unchecked, history is a maybe, but you don't want to lose bookmarked sites. You can normally leave Windows Explorer, System, and Advanced alone.
Run CCleaner and it will start deleting files.
afterward it will present you with a list of the files deleted, you really don't need to go through it as it will be several pages long.
The registry cleaner is recommended for slightly more advanced users. Use it after uninstalling programs as they will often leave behind incorrect registry entries.
If you decide to run Registry cleaner then review the items detected and always back up the registry (I keep a folder aside for this)
The Tools tab lets you uninstall programs and set startup programs. Why do you need this if Windows has all of these features? Especially with Vista Home Ed. The windows defender software explorer( startup programs) doesn't pick up some entries (however software explorer is easier to use).
Using CCleaner to uninstall programs and then check for leftover registry entries takes less time.
Under Options you can determine how CCleaner cleans your files. I leave this alone.

what's the completed errors message? There must be an errors message like 0x0000005B: SET_ENV_VAR_FAILED or some thing. Get the final 2 characters (for this reason-5B) and seem up the errors on the internet internet site under. If it would not factor to a hardware subject, you could ought to reinstall abode windows. replace: do no longer use any registry cleaners except you recognize what you're doing!

I believe it's when someone stops breathing and /or their heart stops. The crash cart is maybe the paddles they use to jump start the heart. Code blue- maybe that came from referring to the color one turns when they stop breathing? Just my thoughts...
