Ever since I read Bill Clinton's new book "Giving" I want to give. I don't have much money but I want to help people less fortunate than me. Any Ideas?

Volunteer. To find volunteering opportunities, visit VolunteerMatch (http://www.volunteermatch.org), Idealist (http://www.idealist.org) and CraigsList (http://www.craigslist.com). All list volunteering opportunities with thousands of organizations. Also, contact your local volunteer center; you can find this via the Points of Light Foundation web site (http://www.pointsoflight.org/centers/).

Go to one of your local churches and ask pastor if he would help you. Purchase a box of grocies and let him deliver them to a member of his church.Lots of elderly people don't have money for grocies after they purchase medicine.Include dish detergent.tissue.paper towels,canned soups and crackers.If you really want to help, put ten dollar in cash in an envelope at the bottom of the box.Youl will make their day.Good Luck!

You can always volunteer at local homeless shelters, animal shelters, free medical clinics, even the littlest thing will help people or animals in need.

I would go to your nearest volunteer centre. They will have hundreds of places that need volunteers to help in all kinds of ways.

u can help the poor children in ur city, dont feel bad to give whatever u have..u can help through food to the poor children, books, clothing, bedsheets, sandals, toys to the children, whatever u want to give just give simply...
