Take a multiple vitamin with minerals.

Put Vaseline or Aquaphor Ointment (from pharmacist) on your feet at night and cover them with a baggie tied loosely with string. Take the baggie off in the AM and wash feet.

Get a jumbo jar of Vaseline. Plastic food bags large enough to cover your feet.

At bedtime do the following. Make sure your through walking before you do this, as it will be slippery.

Put your hand in the bag (to keep from getting you hand covered with it) grab a hand full of the Vaseline and pull the bag over your foot and massage the Vaseline into your foot. Tie it off or tape it around your ankle. Do the second one.
Remove it before getting up and pull on some sox so you do not get it on the flooring.

Your feet will be soft and feel great.

Try rubbing the feet with a rough pumice stone then put moisturiser cream on them.Vaseline or petroleum jelly will also help them.Avon also makes some good footcare products for this problem.I highly recommend it as I also have suffered with cracked feet but I do not anymore.

Soak your feet in warm soapy water, let dry, then apply a good foot lotion and put a pair of socks on overnite. Do this for a good week and there should be a difference.

Take some lukewarm water and dip your feet into it and clean them. You can add some shampoo in the water. After drying apply moisturising lotion. Repeat it for several days and you will see the difference.
