this is an image issue i have... its just that you hear these stories about men with muscles getting over weight when they are older :S

Its about health. Build up a little muscle and then tone it. Don't be lanky. Take up an easy sport like basketball or even just jogging to keep you fit. You can run even when you're older to stay in shape.

almost every man gets overweight when he arrives at 40 - 50 's . It is normal and there is nothing absolutely nothing you can do about it.
Your metabolism will slow down that makes you fatter, eating less doesnt work because you would be starving seriously.
