Get yourself a spongy rubber mat to stand on at work and try wearing support stocking on your lower legs. Pain comes from venous stasis and you could be setting yourself up for varicose veins and/or phlebitis if you don't do some of these measures soon!

Prolonged standing without a good arch support will effect your legs, and back.
Invest in some good firm, molded arch supports (happy feet sells them) They are not cheap but mine are 10 years old and machine washable. They completely cured the foot and leg pains I was having.
The most minute change in your feet either cause problems in you legs and back or fix them, the arches fixed mine.

We have two inch mats to stand on. I also invest in thick soled work boots. I can get by with the workboots because I am disabled and can say it's helping me. Some bosses might now let everyone wear work boots.
I have worked on my feet for 17 years...it's tough.
If you are brand new...it gets better in about two weeks, after you get used to it.
If you aren't new, then you are already used to standing and it won't get better.

Try taking a bath in salt water, rehydrate and just stretch out your hamstrings(back of your legs) and quads (front of leg). When you go to bed, elevate your feet.

When your standing there, pick up one foot, then the other. When you get home, bend your legs. Even lie down and rest them.

when you lie down prop your feet so they are higher than your head to help circulation. Where good comfy shoes with support soles and try and move around a little while at work.
