I go to a gym 6 days a week for 30minutes. So can I call this my 30min workout?

+ This weekend I am going hiking for 3 hours at bunyaville forest.

Yes, that's more than enough. If you want to lose weight, just make it an hour.

hiking sounds like fun! You're actually doing really well but the 30 minutes is a minimum amount of exercise people should be getting daily. Remember, it can be anything that raises your heart rate so even walking upstairs instead of taking an elevator can contribute to extra time.

I found this guys blog a couple of weeks ago and just got the plan he's been using. I've been doing it less than a week (and it IS christmas so I'm eating a lot) but it seems to be working. Have a look and see what you think.

Yes. You start to burn fat after 20 min of cardio exercises. It is good, finishing with the gym to go walking for another 30 min. As fast as possible.
