If you want to try something new and fun, try Zumba.. it's cardio latin dance and it's also interval training.. you can find a class near you on the website www.zumba.com

or try this

You'll lose weight fastest by combining cardio training and weights. Alternate days and when you do the weight training every other day concentrate on different areas. The cardio will help melt the fat, but to change your shape and look fit and musclar the weights will sculpt you.

6 days a week, pack your diet with lean protein, fruits and veggies. Stay away from pops and juices that are high in sugars and avoid anything fried.

Day 1 - Tredmill for 45 minutes. Alternate paces, 5 min at 4 mph, 5 min at 6 mph.. alternating the heart rate that way will burn more calories and you'll last longer
Day 2 - Weights. Concentrate on arms and chest. Do 2 sets of 12 reps each. To find your ideal weight, the last 3 of each rep should really make you struggle. Aim for 40 minutes.
Day 3 - Stationary bike for 45 minutes, again, alternate speeds for best calorie burn
Day 4 - Legs, Back, and Glutes. Same weight rules as for the Upper body.
Day 5 - Elliptical for 45 minutes.. alternate speeds, try going backwards also.
Day 6 - Abs, Obliques and stretching. Stretching will increase your muscle strength 3-5%.
Day 7... REST.. Enjoy your day off and eat what you want. I mean it. Eat a whole bag of chips.

On days when you do weights, eat a little extra protein - either a shake or a protein bar or eggs or something.

Muscles have memory - challenge them by constantly switching up the workout.

The Best Exercises For Losing Weight

There are many different exercises, and all of them are completely different, and they all work a different part of your body. From personal experience I can tell you that aerobic exercises were the most effective, at least for me. Aerobic exercises involve working out the abs, gluteal and quadriceps muscles, and works the torso and lower body as well.

Personally I used to like doing stomach crunches, I had such great results in my weight after doing this exercise for two weeks. It's a very convenient exercise since it can be done anywhere, no expensive gym equipment is needed at all.

Another exercise I like a lot is the Pilate's workout. You've probably heard of it before, it's a very effective exercise and is one of the most popular too. You can find videos on various websites, showing how to do these, as they're quite hard to explain in words.

But the one exercise that I still do every single day involves lying flat on your stomach with your legs straight, then you have to push up, but make sure your hands are together on the floor, once you have pushed up, you have o hold that position for as long as you can, this is a great way to strengthen your stomach muscles.

I would recommend interval training. I have lost 50 lbs and 10 sizes over the last 4.5 yrs. and for longevity I like this the best. It breaks up you work out so it goes by faster. also by adding light weights and upping the reps you build lean muscle to eat your fat storage during the day. I have attached a link for a workout program that is awsome!! Normally I feel like a fool doing videos but if you want a hot body by summer this will do it and they do all the how many what exercise guesswork out you just stick to the plan. GOOD LUCK!!http://www.beachbody.com/product/fitness_programs/best_sellers/p90x.do

All exercise is good, swimming is great, walking, biking, jogging, playing touch football. Anything to raise your heart rate will help!

I just got the program that this guy has been using. I've not had it long but it seems to be working for me. Fingers crossed anyway! Take a look here:

This is the page that links to his workout. Whatever you do, take care, do it in moderation and have fun with it!

If you have access to a gym, then lift weights. Lift heavy (no pretty pick barbells and silly tricep kickbacks). No, you won't get buff or bulky, you'll get "toned." Swimming is also good. If you only have a pair of running shoes and 30-60 minutes, I'd suggest running stairs or hills or doing sprints. 30 minutes of sprints a day will turn you into a
diva.

Dont forget. Loosing weight is 60% diet!

Swimming is great. Jogging is great as well (however high impact), walking is great as well. Any cardio workout is good for loosing weight, but this only helps aid weight loss. You need to also watch what you eat
