It's in the non-fiction section, but personally I think it should be in fiction. There is no proof that any of the stuff in it really happened. There is only the blind belief by many people that it did.

The greater philadelphia area says fiction. I'm pretty sure barnes and noble website has it as fiction. I'm not sure about the library but bookstores have it fiction.

The bible is not either fiction or non-fiction. It is Holy as it is the words of God to know the truth. It is the revelation of truth.

Either in the reference section, or in the religion and spirituality section (which would be non-fiction)

It's probably misplaced in the reference section, instead of the fictional section like it should be.
