Yes. Censorship is wrong as it pertains to the violation of free speech principles. However, there are certain things that should not be broadcast for the sake of decency. This is why TV and movies have rating systems in order to best protect our children from things they shouldn't see, hear or experience until they're capable of making mature, informed decisions. As blasphemy goes, God will punish them all that go impenitent whether they be censored from public view/hearing or not.
