My sister is a rebellious, pubescent teenager who thinks she knows everything and is very sensitive. She has my mother wrapped around her finger, and of course my mom doesn't want to believe that her daughter is doing drugs and drinking in our house while everyones asleep around 3 AM.

Her friends are TERRIBLE. They are loud and obnoxious and block the driveways with their cars. They leave overflowing ash trays over the house and break everything. I'm just the older sister, that is slightly shorter than the younger one. I have no intimidation on her what so ever.

I just want her friends to stop coming over EVERY weekend and night that school doesn't follow. How do I get rid of such pests that are close to driving me mad?

! i think you will need to educate your sister first. untill she understands the difference between wrong and right, things will not change. looks like your mother supports it or sosnt care at all, thats why your sister is caught in something like that. The best way is to educate your sister!

You said your mom does not believe your sister is doing this, yet they are leaving ash trays and trash cans overflowing (with what I have to assume are beer bottles) all over the house? Something does not add up here.

But, to answer your question, the easiest way to stop this from happening (and this is if you know 100% for sure they are doing drugs and drinking and it is really true you parents are not listening to you at all) is to call the police.

Your parents will be cited for underage drinking (allowed your sister to drink in the house may not be against the law, but allowing others to do it is) and most like endangering the welfare of a minor. There would also be possible citations/arrests for the drugs too.

It's just like a normal church service. Nothing really special about it. At my grandparents' church, this is how the schedual works. 1- Young Women. This is a class where all of the teenage girls (ages 12 to 18) meet. You'll recite the Young Women motto and creed, and then go on with the lesson for the day. 2- Sunday School. This is similar to Young Women except the classes are broken down by age. For this, the Young Women and Young Men come together, and you'll be with kids closer to your own age. 3- Sacrament. This is when all of the church members meet in the chapel. The bishop (or president depending on the size of the church) will give a small sermon, followed by a few guest speakers and hymns. Typically, the Aaronic Preisthood (usually the Young Men of the church) will pass around bread and water (the sacrament). However, if you happen to attend church with her on Fast Sunday, the bread and water will be left out. Note: Most churches do this in the reverse order. I'm simply stating how my grandparents' church runs things. The people are generally very friendly and polite, although they do sometimes have a tendency to push their religion on you just a bit too much. No scary rituals, and they aren't a cult like some people insist. Just a normal church really.

My suggestion is to let your mom catch whats going on first hand. Wake her up after you see someone doing something wrong. Sounds like your mom is trying to be a friend to her rather than a mother. Your sisters behavior is both disrespectful and dangerous. I'm not sure even if your mom does catch her she will do anything. But you are right to be upset by her disrespect. Your home shouldn
t be a hangout for illegal drug and alcohol use. You could always call the police about it at 3 am and that just might wake your mom up to the situation as well. Underage drinking in her home becomes her responsibilty and she could be seriously charged with that. Do what you have to your being a good big sister. Best wishes

Yes, call the cops. Actually, first threaten to, so you scare them a bit. Even if it's on your sister; that way you will intimidate her. You're just seen as a sister she can walk all over like she does on your mother. So do this and it will work. And those kids won't come around if they think they'll get caught by you calling 911. And if they don't leave after the scare tactic then do it!

Wake up your mom everytime your sis's obnoxious friends wake you up. She may get tired of it too! How come she can't hear it now? Is she afraid of the friends?

Either that or ask a neighbor to call the police for you when things get loud!

Invite even more obnoxious friends of your own over...or jus thave some of your friends woop there asses. Its simple as that. Or have a heart to heart talk with your mom.

Got a cel phone? Call in a noise complaint to the police. The police waking them up to this mess should alert your folks right quick.

Call the drug task force of your local police department and ask them to come over. Better make darn sure about the illegal drugs before you do that.

Start cleaning up after them, putting coasters under drinks & emptying ashtrays, open windows & blowing fans, spraying air freshener, clicking your tongue in disapproval *tch tch tch* - it'll be so annoying that they'll say, "Y'know, your sister doesn't like us here - she's always cleaning 'n stuff," and hopefully they'll stop gathering there.

(I know I would.)
